Infrrd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst Intern to support the Product Manager in defining clear and actionable product requirements, especially in the mortgage domain.

This role provides hands-on exposure to product management, business analysis, and agile development, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical teams.

• Work closely with the Product Manager to gather and refine requirements from stakeholders
• Convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic wireframes
• Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback for improvements
• Prepare documentation such as PRDs, process flows, and release notes
• Support internal and external teams with product-related queries
• Learn and apply agile product development best practices

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Business
• Information Systems
• Engineering
• Economics
• Or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle and requirement gathering

• Knowledge of the mortgage domain
• Exposure to SQL, Excel (advanced), Tableau, or Power BI
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro
