Infosys is hiring Oracle Fusion Financials Consultants to join its Enterprise Package Application Services team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with 0–2 years of experience who have hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Financials and are passionate about consulting, financial systems, and digital transformation.

As an Infoscion, you will work closely with global clients to understand their business challenges, design efficient Oracle Financial solutions, and support end-to-end implementation. You will be part of a collaborative consulting environment where innovation, learning, and customer success are key priorities.

• A Day in the Life of an Infoscion
• Analyze client business requirements and identify gaps in existing financial processes
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Financials solutions aligned with customer needs
• Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and documentation
• Configure Oracle Financial modules and support end-to-end implementation
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), solution demos, and Proof of Concept (POC) workshops
• Support system testing, UAT, data migration using FBDI, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve functional and integration issues
• Prepare effort estimations and contribute to proposal development
• Lead or support small projects while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Actively contribute to organizational initiatives and continuous improvement programs

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Financials
• Experience in implementing or supporting 2 or more Oracle Financial modules
• Strong expertise in Oracle Financial Modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management
• Fixed Assets
• Tax
• Experience in:
• Requirement gathering & functional documentation
• Fit-gap analysis
• Oracle system configuration and setup
