Infosys is hiring Process Executives for its off-campus drive. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering day-to-day process activities while meeting customer SLAs and adhering to client governance standards.
This role is ideal for BBA and B.Com graduates looking to start their career in the Banking, Mortgage, and Insurance domain
- Deliver daily process targets while meeting Customer SLAs
- Work according to client shift timings (including night shifts – 24×7)
- Follow governance mechanisms established with clients
- Execute transactions as per defined guidelines and timelines
- Maintain accuracy and quality in all assigned tasks
- Adapt to changes in work methods or systems to improve performance
- Educational Qualification
- UG: B.Com, BBA only
- PG: Not Eligible
- 📌 Important Conditions
- Minimum 15 years of graduation must be completed
- Graduation pass-out years: 2022 to 2025 only
- Post-graduation completed or pursuing candidates are NOT eligible
- ✅ Must Have Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to work in business-aligned shifts (24×7)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- ➕ Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge of Banking / Mortgage / Insurance domain
- Mortgage process knowledge (added advantage)
