Job Description
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at HCLTech, selected candidates will work under the guidance of senior engineers and technical leads. The role focuses on building technical skills, understanding real-world projects, and contributing to software development activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in software development, testing, debugging, and deployment activities
- Work on assigned project modules with support from experienced team members
- Follow coding standards, development processes, and project guidelines
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and basic project updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project delivery
- Learn and apply new tools, programming languages, and technologies
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who wish to apply for the HCLTech Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have completed any graduate degree (BE / BTech / BSc / BCA / BCom / BA / BBA or equivalent)
