As a Hardware Engineer Intern, you will work on advanced semiconductor technologies such as 5nm, 3nm, and beyond. You will gain hands-on exposure in processor design, validation, verification, and physical implementation.
The Enterprise Systems Development (ESD) team in Bangalore works closely with global IBM hardware teams, making it a microcosm of the worldwide IBM Systems lab.
