Job Description

The Graduate Engineer Trainee role focuses on manufacturing quality, process validation, equipment maintenance, and production support.

You will be involved in:

Quality control and issue resolution
Equipment calibration and validation
Manufacturing process improvements
Documentation and compliance

This role is heavily process-driven. It’s not about writing code—it’s about ensuring systems work flawlessly in production environments.

If you prefer desk-only work, this role may not suit you. If you want hands-on engineering exposure, it will push your growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Resolve production line quality issues
  • Ensure equipment calibration is completed on schedule
  • Maintain calibration and validation reports
  • Perform verification and validation of processes
  • Support installation and maintenance of equipment
  • Manage non-conforming materials and rejection cases
  • Coordinate with supplier quality and production teams
  • Prepare and maintain work instructions and documentation
  • Support engineering change management processes
  • Drive process improvements using Lean and Kaizen methods
Eligibility Criteria
  • B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Medical Electronics
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of quality control and validation concepts
  • Familiarity with engineering documentation
  • Understanding of basic electrical/electronics systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work in manufacturing environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Skills Required
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
  • Understanding of calibration and validation processes
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
