Job Description
The Graduate Development Program Trainee role is structured to provide fresh graduates with exposure to multiple departments and functions within Philips. This is not just a job—it’s a learning journey where candidates rotate across different roles to understand business operations, products, and services.
As a trainee, you will work under supervision while gradually taking on responsibilities.
