Job Description

The AWM Management-F&S Analyst role is part of the Finance function supporting Asset & Wealth Management. The analyst will perform financial and profitability analysis, forecasting, budgeting and strategic analysis. Responsibilities include building and maintaining complex financial models, preparing management reports, and delivering business intelligence insights using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or Alteryx. The role requires handling large volumes of financial and operational data, translating data into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support decision‑making in asset management, investment banking or consulting contexts.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct financial, profitability and forecasting analysis for AWM business units
Build, maintain and validate complex financial models
Prepare and present management reports and strategic analysis
Develop business intelligence dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or Alteryx
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
Collaborate with product owners, finance partners and technology teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, attention to detail and compliance with reporting standards

Eligibility Criteria

Postgraduate qualification in Finance or related field (MBA, M.Fin, MSF, PGDM, PGFM, CA)
0–2 years of relevant work experience
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
Ability to build and work with complex financial models
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Proactive team player capable of working in small project teams

Skills Required

Financial modeling, Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx), Data analysis, Quantitative analysis, Excel, Large dataset handling, Presentation skills
