Job Description
Genpact is conducting a Virtual Drive 2025 in Kolkata for the position of Transaction Risk Investigator.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to start a career in the e-commerce and risk management domain.
The selected candidates will be responsible for analyzing online transactions, identifying fraud risks, and ensuring platform safety for customers.
This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time risk operations in a global organization and is based on a 6-month performance-based contract, which may lead to a permanent position.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues related to online e-commerce transactions and potential fraud.
- Analyze large data sets using internal tools to identify risk patterns.
- Communicate effectively with team members, risk analysts, and management.
- Maintain quality standards while ensuring timely task completion.
- Handle workflow processes and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform non-voice operations through email, chat, and internal platforms.
- Support ongoing process improvements and maintain data accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (except Law) can apply.
- Freshers are eligible — prior work experience is not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Flexible to work across different shifts and weekends.
