Job Description
As a Junior Full Stack Developer at enParadigm, you will support the development of web applications from design to deployment. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to implement features, maintain APIs, and enhance user experiences.
This role provides exposure to modern frontend frameworks, backend technologies, databases, and cloud-ready architectures, making it an excellent learning opportunity for freshers aiming to become well-rounded full stack developers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams and product managers to design and deliver software solutions
- Assist in designing client-side and server-side architecture
- Contribute to building intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Support database design and application development
- Help develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs
- Participate in testing activities to ensure performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems
- Support security and data protection best practices
- Contribute to mobile-responsive feature development
- Maintain and update technical documentation
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / BE in:
- Computer Science
- Statistics
- Or a related technical discipline
- Experience Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Exposure through internships, academic projects, or personal projects is acceptable
Skills Required
- Familiarity with common technology stacks
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
