Job Description

Walmart is hiring Executive Assistants to support business leaders and operational teams in managing day-to-day administrative activities. This role involves coordinating business tasks, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and supporting project execution.

The Executive Assistant plays an important role in ensuring that the department functions smoothly by handling administrative tasks and assisting leadership teams in planning and execution.

Selected candidates will coordinate meetings, manage leadership calendars, assist with communication and documentation, and help organize company events or business activities. They will also support internal teams by maintaining reports, tracking business data, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
