• Provide L1 support for incidents and service requests
• Perform business readiness checks for critical applications

• Support batch processing and scheduled jobs
• Perform Network Operations Center (NOC) tasks
• Assist in transition activities from L2 teams
• Review documentation and update knowledge articles
• Troubleshoot issues using standard procedures
• Suggest improvements to enhance system stability

• B.E / B.Tech graduates (Computer Science / IT preferred)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts
• Knowledge of databases and queries
• Familiarity with production support processes
• Interest in operations and system stability roles
• Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure situations
• Learning mindset and adaptability
