You will deliver top‑level service across the operation service lines, supporting DGFF regions and countries worldwide. The role includes comprehensive training to perform tasks such as:

- Opening files
- Managing documents
- Supporting shipment details
- Processing registrations and invoice declarations
- Handling invoice and costing
- Validating and enriching data
- Providing global customer support

• - Understand station/country documentation requirements and execute jobs following standard operating procedures.
• - Ensure department SLAs and KPIs are met according to agreed delivery guidelines.
• - Deliver high service quality through timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• - Collaborate with business colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and improvement opportunities for service to partners.
• - Report operational challenges to supervisor and business partner promptly.
• - Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for regular communication and information flow as defined for the service.

• - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• - 0 to 3 years of professional experience in the BPO or logistics domain.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail, solid logical reasoning, and a high level of customer centricity.
