Job Description
As a Device Associate at Amazon, you will be responsible for testing desktop and mobile applications related to Amazon’s devices and services. You will execute test cases, identify defects, and report issues clearly and accurately.
This role requires attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to follow testing procedures. Candidates who are comfortable working with computers, basic technical tools, and documentation will find this role suitable.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases for Amazon device applications and software builds
- Perform testing on desktop and mobile platforms
- Identify, document, and report bugs accurately
- Understand testing guidelines and follow quality standards
- Perform regression and repetitive testing to validate software builds
- Use basic software tools and commands (such as ADB) for data capture
- Communicate test results, failures, and progress reports clearly
- Raise defects or doubts in the internal clarification portal and close them within SLA timelines
- Assist in troubleshooting issues by reading basic scripts and logs
- Ensure timely completion of testing tasks without compromising quality
Eligibility Criteria
