As a Data Analyst at JPMorganChase, candidates will play a crucial role in supporting business operations, ensuring compliance, and improving service quality through data analysis and reporting.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of individual team members over time
Identifying learning gaps and capability improvements
Addressing service issues escalated by internal or external stakeholders
Working independently without close supervision
Making data-driven decisions based on insights and experience
Supporting client onboarding processes including AML and KYC requirements
Organizing workflows and distributing tasks efficiently
Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and operational risk standards
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends
- Ensure smooth execution of AML, KYC, and compliance processes
- Support quality assurance activities and reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Maintain documentation and compliance records
- Improve processes through continuous feedback and communication
- Assist in risk management and fraud prevention initiatives
- Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
- Knowledge of banking products and financial processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and interim projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Understanding of AML, KYC, Compliance, Fraud, or Operational Risk (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with mainframe or PC-based systems (advantage)
