The selected candidates will be responsible for:

Supporting client onboarding processes including AML and KYC requirements
Organizing workflows and distributing tasks efficiently
Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and operational risk standards

• Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends
• Ensure smooth execution of AML, KYC, and compliance processes
• Support quality assurance activities and reporting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Maintain documentation and compliance records
• Improve processes through continuous feedback and communication
• Assist in risk management and fraud prevention initiatives

• Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
• Knowledge of banking products and financial processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interim projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements

• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Understanding of AML, KYC, Compliance, Fraud, or Operational Risk (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with mainframe or PC-based systems (advantage)
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong decision-making ability
• Attention to detail and accuracy
