• Candidates selected for the Process Executive role will have the following responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical or customer issues.
• Maintain high-quality standards during customer interactions.
• Update customer information and case details accurately in the system.
• Work closely with team leads and follow process guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
• Meet daily productivity and quality performance metrics.
• Communicate clearly, politely, and confidently with customers.
• Provide first-level support and escalate complex issues when required.
• Show willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Adapt to changes in workflow, policy, or customer requirements.

• To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.A, B.Com, BBA, BCA, BSc, B.Tech, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
