Job Description
As a Technology Operations Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operations of enterprise technology platforms used across the organization. Your responsibilities will include monitoring systems, investigating technical issues, supporting internal users, maintaining operational documentation, and working with different teams to ensure business applications remain stable and efficient.
This role provides valuable exposure to IT operations, cloud-based applications, automation, monitoring tools, and incident management while helping you develop strong analytical and technical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise applications and operational systems to ensure smooth performance.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents within defined service levels.
- Support internal users by responding to technology-related requests.
- Analyze system alerts and identify the root cause of operational issues.
- Maintain operational documentation and update knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve production issues.
- Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
- Follow IT security policies and operational best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
- Good academic performance.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
