As a Technology Operations Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operations of enterprise technology platforms used across the organization. Your responsibilities will include monitoring systems, investigating technical issues, supporting internal users, maintaining operational documentation, and working with different teams to ensure business applications remain stable and efficient.

This role provides valuable exposure to IT operations, cloud-based applications, automation, monitoring tools, and incident management while helping you develop strong analytical and technical skills.

• Monitor enterprise applications and operational systems to ensure smooth performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
