This is not a passive learning role. You’re expected to actively contribute, think critically, and deliver outcomes.

• Participate in intensive technical training programs
• Work on AI/ML, cloud, ERP, and data engineering concepts
• Build and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams
• Analyze business problems and design solutions

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA graduates
• Passed within the last 2 years (2024–2026 preferred)
• From Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges (preferred but not absolute)
• Strong academic performance
• Background in CS / IT / ECE or related fields
• Basic programming knowledge required
• Interest in AI, data, or enterprise systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in Hyderabad
• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Programming knowledge (Python / Java)
• Understanding of data structures basics
• Interest in AI/ML concepts
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP basics)
• Understanding of databases and data handling
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in teams
• Learning mindset
• Basic understanding of business processes
