Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is hiring fresh graduates for the ATR Analyst role through its Off Campus Drive 2026. This role is part of the Finance and Accounting team and focuses on ensuring accurate accounting, timely financial reporting, and compliance with global accounting standards.

As an ATR Analyst, you will gain exposure to multiple accounting processes related to Balance Sheet and Income Statement activities. The position offers hands-on learning across different financial operations and the opportunity to work with global teams during the onboarding and training phase.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, adaptable to new processes, and interested in building a long-term career in finance and accounting within a multinational organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely closing and execution of financial periods according to the defined closing calendar
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records within the assigned process scope
  • Adhere strictly to SLA commitments, internal audit requirements, compliance standards, and SOX regulations
  • Perform analysis of financial data and resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Identify compliance risks related to accounting policies and recommend corrective actions
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Support auditors and legal authorities during internal and external audit activities
  • Participate in process documentation and ensure consistency with global standards
  • Assist in implementing global accounting strategies and taxonomy-based solutions
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new team members when required
Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to apply:
  • Fresh graduates or professionals with 0 to 4 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or related fields
  • Strong willingness to learn new accounting processes
  • Ability to adapt to different roles during the onboarding phase

  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership toward assigned responsibilities
