Razorpay is hiring freshers for the role of Associate Solutions Engineer at its Bangalore location. This role is part of the Business Engineering team and focuses on customer-facing technical implementation and integration support.

The selected candidate will act as an advocate for Razorpay’s product suite and assist enterprise clients in implementing Razorpay solutions. The role involves working closely with integration teams, merchants, and internal product teams to ensure seamless platform integration and successful deployment.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong coding fundamentals and interest in APIs, integration workflows, and fintech product solutions.

• As an Associate Solutions Engineer at Razorpay, your responsibilities will include:
• 🔸 Product & Technical Understanding
• Develop a deep understanding of Razorpay’s product suite
• Stay updated with technical knowledge and coding practices
• Understand API documentation and integration processes
• 🔸 Client Implementation & Integration
• Implement Razorpay solutions for key enterprise clients
• Ensure smooth platform integration between Razorpay and merchants
• Represent Razorpay from a platform integration perspective
• 🔸 Merchant Support
• Respond to integration and technical queries raised by merchants
• Ensure queries are resolved within agreed turnaround time
• Maintain high-quality support standards
• 🔸 Documentation & Validation
• Read and interpret integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers
• Validate product customization requests from clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer requirements
• 🔸 Feedback & Communication
• Act as a feedback channel between customers and product teams
• Share product requirements and expectations with internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of integration processes

• Candidates must meet the following requirements:
• BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in:
• Computer Science (CS)
• Information Technology (IT)
• ETC or related technical branches
• 0–6 months experience in Java, Python, or API development
• Freshers are eligible to apply

• Willingness to work from Bangalore
