As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical and product support to clients via calls and emails. The role involves problem diagnosis, documentation, customer interaction, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Handle incoming help requests from clients via phone calls and emails professionally
- Document end-user details including name, department, contact information, and issue description
- Record, track, and document all queries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions

- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and FAQs
