The Apprentice – Marketplace Operations role focuses on managing and supporting sellers on Myntra’s platform. You will act as a bridge between sellers and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and operational efficiency. Your primary goal is to help sellers succeed on the platform by guiding them through processes like inventory upload, payments, and dashboard usage. This role involves: Seller onboarding and training Handling seller queries and issues Coordinating with internal teams Ensuring smooth marketplace operations Don’t mistake this for a simple coordination job.
