Aon is hiring for the position of IND Analyst I in the Health Solution – Broking line. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Gurgaon with a 12 PM to 9 PM shift and cab facility. The role does not involve people‑management responsibilities. Candidates should have 0‑1 year of relevant experience and be graduates (non‑technical streams). The analyst will provide high‑quality administrative support to internal and external clients, execute projects within SLA timelines, design plans using the Greater Insight System, ensure accurate service delivery, resolve issues, document follow‑ups, and contribute to operational improvements. Collaboration with peers, continuous skill enhancement, and acting as a communication bridge between onshore consultants and insurance vendors are key aspects of the job.

• - Operate under supervision of Sr. Analysts/Ops Manager to execute projects meeting SLA, timelines and quality standards.
• - Review plan and proposal documents and create designs in the Greater Insight System.
• - Deliver services accurately and on time while meeting productivity targets.
• - Resolve client issues/queries, maintain proper documentation and follow‑up.
• - Identify and support operational improvement initiatives.
• - Collaborate with Aon peers to understand methodologies and follow processes.
• - Participate in training to enhance technical and personal effectiveness.
• - Bridge communication between onshore consultants and insurance vendors.
• - Manage client/shared mailboxes.

• - Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
