• As an Analyst Trainee, you will be responsible for:
• Understanding relationships between database tables and writing queries to retrieve data
• Performing CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) on databases
• Writing stored procedures based on Low-Level Design documents
• Preparing test cases, test scripts, and test data
• Executing manual and automated tests
• Analyzing service tickets and identifying root causes of issues
• Resolving service tickets as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
• Demonstrating proficiency in Data Analytics tools
• Supporting application and data-related issues
• Collaborating with team members to deliver project goals
• Showing a strong drive to innovate and experiment in projects

• Educational Qualification
• Candidates must have completed a 3-year undergraduate degree in any of the following streams:
• BCA
• BSc (Computer Science / IT / Allied Streams)
• BA
• BBA
• BCom
• BMS
• BVoc
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry
• Statistics
• Electronics
• Academic Requirements
• Minimum 60% aggregate in:
• X
• XII
• Diploma (if applicable)
• UG degree
• Rounding off 59.9% is not allowed
• Candidates must have a consistent academic record
• At the time of joining, candidates must have:
• Minimum 60% aggregate in UG
• No arrears
