The Analyst / Jr Analyst (Developer) role focuses on software development, system maintenance, and technical consulting. Candidates will work on building and enhancing applications while supporting existing systems.

• Develop, test, and implement software applications based on requirements

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Programming in Java, Python, or C#
• Understanding of JavaScript and SQL
• Knowledge of REST API architecture
• Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React, etc.)
• Familiarity with Django or ASPX (optional but useful)
• Exposure to AI concepts like LLM or RAG (bonus)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork ability
