Job Description
The Analyst / Jr Analyst (Developer) role focuses on software development, system maintenance, and technical consulting. Candidates will work on building and enhancing applications while supporting existing systems.
You’ll be involved in designing modules, debugging issues, and ensuring code quality through testing. The role also includes working with APIs, databases, and potentially AI-based applications like LLM systems.
This position sits at the intersection of development and consulting. That means you won’t just write code—you’ll also need to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement software applications based on requirements
- Modify and enhance existing applications for better performance
- Debug and resolve software defects efficiently
- Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality
- Work with REST APIs and backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Maintain proper documentation of development and fixes
- Learn and implement new technologies as required
- Support system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Contribute to client-based project solutions
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Master’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 years of experience
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Programming in Java, Python, or C#
- Understanding of JavaScript and SQL
- Knowledge of REST API architecture
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React, etc.)
- Familiarity with Django or ASPX (optional but useful)
- Exposure to AI concepts like LLM or RAG (bonus)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork ability
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
