The Analyst role at Deloitte involves working in the Global Learning Administration Services (GLAS) team. This team supports Deloitte’s internal learning platforms and ensures smooth operations of training and development systems.

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for managing learning platform data, supporting internal clients, and handling administrative tasks related to training programs. You will work on tools like SABA Cloud (LMS) and assist in catalog management, reporting, and session handling.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with data. You will also be involved in resolving queries, supporting learning initiatives, and collaborating with different teams.

• Provide support for Deloitte Learning Platform administration
• Manage catalog, sessions, and roster data in LMS systems
• Handle internal client queries related to learning platforms
• Perform data entry, validation, and reporting tasks

• Redirect technical queries to appropriate teams
• Maintain records and ensure data accuracy
