Job Description
The Transportation Representative is responsible for supporting Amazon’s logistics and transportation workflow. The role focuses on investigating seller and customer transactions, analyzing data, identifying issues, and ensuring smooth supply-chain operations.
You will be interacting with both external customers and internal Amazon teams via email, phone, and internal tools. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze transactional data.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and investigate details related to seller or customer transactions.
- Take appropriate action based on standard operating procedures.
- Document findings clearly and accurately using Amazon’s internal tools.
- Communicate with customers through email and phone during investigation cycles.
- Collaborate with internal Amazon teams via phone, chat, or email.
- Escalate issues or discrepancies according to process guidelines.
- Analyze performance metrics and contribute insights for improving business goals.
- Ensure productivity targets and quality standards are met.
- Maintain accuracy while handling large sets of data.
- Support transaction reviews, audits, and logistics-related tasks.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic remote environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work with large datasets and interpret data accurately.
- Ability to collaborate with various levels of management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
