Job Description
The Virtual Support Associate (VCS) role is designed for candidates who can assist Amazon customers through email, chat, and phone. Your primary responsibility is to handle customer issues professionally and provide accurate resolutions using Amazon’s internal tools and guidelines.

- 📌 6. Data Interpretation
- Work with large sets of data.
- Analyze patterns and provide insights when needed.
