As a Python Full-Stack Developer, you will work on end-to-end application development, focusing primarily on backend services while collaborating closely with frontend and design teams.

You will take part in the complete software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing, debugging, and optimization. Your work will directly impact Adobe’s ability to deliver world-class digital experiences to customers globally.

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python
• Build efficient, scalable backend services and REST APIs using Django or Flask
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Manage and optimize database schemas, queries, and migrations (PostgreSQL / NoSQL)
• Ensure high standards of code quality, organization, and automation
• Conduct detailed code reviews, enforce coding standards, and define best practices
• Mentor junior developers and guide them on development patterns and quality standards
• Manage source code using Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and releases
• Participate in the full SDLC: development, testing, debugging, and production support
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and critical bugs
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability

• Experience
• 7–12 years of overall software development experience
• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Python
• 2+ years of experience working with React.js

• Technical Skills
• Expert-level proficiency in Python
• Strong experience with Django / Flask
• Solid frontend knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Advanced expertise in Git, including complex branching and merging
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
