TE Connectivity is hiring a QMS Specialist I for its Bangalore, India, location. This remote opportunity is suitable for professionals with experience in quality management systems, software support, and technical troubleshooting.
The selected candidate will administer the SmartSolve electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), assist users, resolve technical issues, provide system training, and support global compliance projects. The role also involves improving software processes, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting system integration across business locations.

- Resolve helpdesk tickets within established service-level agreements.
- Provide user training and prepare eQMS training materials.
- Troubleshoot SmartSolve eQMS and PLM software issues.
- Coordinate with technical experts, software vendors, and quality teams.
- Support system integration and compliance projects.
- Identify recurring problems and recommend software improvements.
- Collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent qualification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and SaaS concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 13485:2016 is an advantage.
- Spanish language proficiency is an additional advantage.
