Cognizant is hiring freshers for the position of Analyst Trainee. As an Analyst Trainee, you will work on database operations, service management tasks, and data analytics support.

Your responsibilities will include performing database queries, executing CRUD operations, writing stored procedures, preparing and executing test cases, and resolving service tickets.

You will also gain exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and Data Analytics tools, making this role suitable for candidates interested in technical support, database management, and analytical roles.

• 1. Database Management
• Describe relationships between database tables.
• Write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Perform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete).
• Develop stored procedures based on Low-Level Design documents.
• 2. Testing & Quality Assurance
• Prepare test cases, scripts, and test data.
• Execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify defects and ensure quality delivery.
• 3. Service Ticket Resolution
• Analyze root cause of service issues.
• Resolve tickets following standard operating procedures.
• Ensure timely resolution and documentation.

• Demonstrate proficiency in ITSM tools.

• CGPA to percentage conversion as per university norms.
