Job Description

The Customer Support Group (CSG) is Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) first line of defense, managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests.
Support is provided through voice, email, chat, SSP, BOTs, and other digital channels. Selected candidates will help deliver proactive, predictive, and user-centric IT support solutions to Capgemini’s global customer base.
Candidates must be flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts across different regions and time zones.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class customer support via voice and digital channels
  • Handle technical troubleshooting and customer queries efficiently
  • Support customers from Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology domains
  • Resolve internet-related issues such as password reset, session reset, and profile issues
  • Achieve First Contact Resolution (FCR)
  • Understand, probe, and clarify customer requirements
  • Communicate professionally with empathy and clarity
Eligibility Criteria
  • Completed any 3-year diploma or graduation (2025 pass-out)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Open to relocation and night shifts
Skills Required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure & support concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues (internet, login, password reset, session reset)
  • Familiarity with voice, email, and chat support processes
  • Good listening skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24×7 rotational shift environment
  • Basic computer and system navigation skills
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple support channels
  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA/TAT targets
