Adobe is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven developers with 0–3 years of experience and a solid foundation in Java and front-end technologies. As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will be part of a consulting and delivery team working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM EDS (Experience Data Services) projects.

You will contribute to building digital forms, workflows, and personalized customer experiences for enterprise-level clients. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working in collaborative Agile environments.

• Assist in the design, development, and configuration of solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM EDS
• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, client libraries, and workflows
• Build adaptive and responsive forms using AEM Forms and AEM EDS frameworks
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Support data integration using REST APIs and third-party systems through Java-based backend logic
• Perform unit testing, debug issues, and support application deployments
• Follow Adobe best practices for performance optimization, accessibility, and security
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Software Engineering
• Or any related technical discipline
• Experience Criteria
• 0–3 years of development experience
• Internships, academic projects, and freelance work are considered valid experience

• Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, Servlets, and JSP
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of front-end development concepts
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns
