Job Description
The Analyst role at eClerx involves handling financial operations, trade lifecycle processes, and data management tasks. Candidates will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, managing trade-related activities, and supporting various back-office operations. You will also identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. It is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain exposure to investment banking operations and financial markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and escalate risks to clients and stakeholders
- Perform trade lifecycle activities like confirmation and settlement
- Handle trade reconciliation between front office and back office
- Generate reports and manage financial data
- Support trade pre-settlement and post-settlement processes
- Manage syndicated loans and corporate actions
- Perform regulatory reporting and compliance tasks
- Work on reference data management and KYC processes
- Learn and handle different financial instruments
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
- Any batch graduates are eligible
- Background in commerce, finance, or management preferred
- Basic knowledge of financial markets and banking operations
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
