Virtusa is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the position of KPO Analyst. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with digital content, advertisements, and search evaluation tasks.

As a KPO Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing content, analyzing ads, classifying search data, and ensuring quality and accuracy as per client guidelines. The role is ideal for candidates who are familiar with online platforms, search engines, digital ads, and content reviewing methods.

This job involves working on operational tasks that support global projects of leading digital companies. You will play a key role in improving ad quality, user experience, search relevance, and overall digital content accuracy.

• Reviewing online advertisements, digital content, and search results according to client guidelines.
• Creating, editing, and suggesting advertisement content and creatives.
• Classifying search content and categorizing it correctly.
• Reviewing comments, text, landing pages, home pages, and other website content.
• Ensuring that uploaded content is free from copyright issues, offensive language, or policy violations.
• Checking quality and accuracy of text content appearing online.
• Preparing reports, updating classification sheets, and maintaining documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with content guidelines, platform policies, and ad quality standards.
• Providing feedback on content improvements wherever necessary.

• ✔ Educational Qualification
• Must be a Graduate in any discipline (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, BE/BTech, or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• ✔ Experience
• Freshers are eligible.
• Candidates with prior experience in KPO, BPO, content moderation, digital operations, analytics, or data review will be given preference.
• ✔ Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Good analytical and logical reasoning ability.
• Ability to work on digital platforms, search engines, and content review tools.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work on a 365-day operational project with weekly rotational offs.
• Should be comfortable signing a 14-month service agreement (only for freshers).

• Should be able to adapt to fast-paced work and follow guidelines accurately.
• Must maintain confidentiality of all assigned tasks and client policies.
• Must be ready to join immediately or within the required timeline.
