The Associate Analyst – Inflight Scheduling Performance and Analysis role supports the Inflight Resource Planning and Scheduling teams by collecting data and conducting detailed analysis related to Inflight Crew Staffing and Operations Performance.

The Associate Analyst will be responsible for maintaining reports and dashboards, identifying process improvement opportunities, and delivering data-driven insights that support leadership decisions. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Support inflight leadership with daily and monthly analytics and reporting
• Perform ad-hoc data mining and analysis to support business decisions
• Automate existing manual reports and processes to improve efficiency
• Support operational performance and resource management activities
• Analyze crew productivity, scheduler efficiency, and operational reliability
• Build dashboards, visual reports, and analytical tools for leadership teams
• Provide insights related to reserve crew utilization and strategic initiatives
• Maintain and enhance recurring reports and analytics dashboards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)
• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Candidates with 0 – 1 year experience in analytics or data roles can apply
• Strong interest in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence

• Strong understanding of data structures and data relationships
