Job Description
Temenos is looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates to join as Trainee & Graduate Entry Technical professionals. This role is designed for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in software development, IT systems, and enterprise technology solutions.

You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and contribute to real-time banking software projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Application Development Support
- Assist in the complete Application Development Lifecycle.
- Participate in design, coding, and deployment activities.
- Learn best practices in enterprise software development.
- Contribute to feature enhancements and bug fixes.
- 2. IT Testing Activities
- Create and execute test cases.
- Perform functional and system testing.
- Support quality assurance processes.
- Identify defects and assist in resolving issues.
- 3. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understand SDLC phases from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Follow structured development methodologies.
- Participate in sprint meetings and project reviews.
- 4. Documentation and Requirement Analysis
- Support documentation of user requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Assist in preparing system design documents.
- 5. Code Compilation and Configuration
- Assist in compiling and decompiling code.
- Learn version control principles.
- Support program installation and deployment tasks.
- 6. System and Portal Configuration
- Gain exposure to Computer System Configuration.
- Understand Portal Server Configuration.
- Assist in configuration management tasks.
- 7. GUI & UX Development
- Develop and enhance Graphical User Interface (GUI) components.
- Understand basic User Experience (UX) design principles.
- Improve usability and interface responsiveness.
- 8. IT Support & Assessment
- Provide IT support for internal systems.
- Participate in performance assessments.
- Engage in action planning for project tasks.
- 9. Networking & Infrastructure Exposure
- Gain basic exposure to WAN Switching concepts.
- Learn Firmware Configuration fundamentals.
- Understand digital infrastructure basics.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech graduates
- Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical fields
- Freshers eligible
- Any batch graduates can apply
- Strong interest in software development and banking technology
- Willingness to work in Chennai
- Candidates with academic project experience or internship exposure will have an added advantage.
