Job Description

Tata Capital is hiring experienced Customer Service Executives for its Wheels – Direct business vertical. The role involves supporting customers, validating loan documentation, logging cases in the system, and ensuring smooth disbursement of vehicle loans under the guidance of the Supervisor or Manager.
This role requires strong customer handling skills, knowledge of basic financial processes, and the ability to support sales and compliance operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • 1. Customer Identification & Business Development
  • Identify potential customers under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Assist in sourcing customers for loan products and cross-sell opportunities.
  • 2. Documentation & Verification
  • Collect necessary documents from customers.
  • Validate customer documents as per organization norms and compliance guidelines.
  • 3. Case Logging & Process Handling
  • Log applications/cases into the system as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
  • Follow all defined steps for smooth and timely loan disbursement.
  • 4. Achieve Sanction Ratio Targets
  • Work towards meeting the required sanction ratio for loan approvals.
  • Ensure high-quality sourcing and minimal deviations.
  • 5. Customer Interaction & Support
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Cross-sell multiple financial products under Manager/Supervisor guidance.
  • 6. Vendor Empanelment & Relationship Management
  • Support the empanelment of new vendors with help of the Manager/Supervisor.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • 7. Audit & Compliance Support
  • Ensure all processes follow Audit, RBI, and organizational compliance norms.
  • Maintain accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Education:
  • Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline
  • Postgraduates can also apply
  • Experience:
  • 2 to 7 years in Customer Service, Sales Support, BFSI, or related processes
  • Experience in loan processing, financial services, or customer operations is an added advantage
