Job Description
HCLTech is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice Support – Healthcare Process. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound calls from international healthcare clients, resolving queries, and providing professional customer support.
This role requires good communication skills, willingness to work in US shifts, and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Support Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer calls for international healthcare clients
- Understanding customer issues and providing accurate resolutions
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Documenting customer interactions and updating systems
- Following compliance and healthcare data security guidelines
- Working closely with team leads and quality analysts
- Meeting performance metrics such as call quality and response time
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions to apply:
- Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate from Arts, Science, Commerce, or Management streams
- Accepted Degrees:
- BA, BSc, BCom
- MA, MSc, MCom
- MBA
- Important Notes
- Engineering graduates and MCA candidates are NOT eligible
- Candidates graduating in 2025 can apply with a copy of final semester results
- Freshers are welcome
