Job Description
General Mills Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring Software Engineer I for its Digital & Technology team at the Powai, Mumbai location. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to design, build, enhance, and support scalable enterprise business applications.
As a Software Engineer I, you will collaborate with global teams, work on modern technology platforms, and continue developing your technical expertise. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn new technologies, contribute to innovation, and grow your career in a global organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-scale applications
- Implement new features in collaboration with product owners and business teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
- Ensure high code quality through testing and best practices
- Support DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- Follow Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Learn emerging technologies and contribute to continuous innovation
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Full-time graduation from an accredited university (mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setup
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with:
- C# or VB
- ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC
- Experience working with:
- REST APIs
- JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Next.js)
- Database knowledge:
- MS SQL Server or NoSQL
- SSIS
- Familiarity with:
- DevOps tools (GitHub Actions)
- Unit testing
- Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
