Job Description
Ramco Systems is hiring enthusiastic, skilled, and passionate Associate Software Engineers to join their development teams. Fresh graduates will get the opportunity to work on real development projects involving frontend, backend, APIs, cloud technologies, and scalable enterprise systems.
As a fresher developer, you will participate in:
Feature development
Debugging and issue resolution
Coding and design
Testing and deployment
Cross-team collaboration
This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their careers in product engineering and contribute to real-world, complex software systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy features under the guidance of senior developers.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Work on frontend or backend modules depending on project requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Debug issues across different platforms and environments.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Assist in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Software Engineering
- Or related technical fields
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
- Passion for software development and building high-quality applications.
Skills Required
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language:
- Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Go, PHP, Kotlin, or C++
- Knowledge of:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript for frontend
- REST APIs and basic backend concepts
- SQL/NoSQL databases
- Version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab
- Familiarity with modern frameworks (bonus):
- React
- Angular
