Cisco is hiring Sales Operations Analyst Trainees through its Off Campus Hiring 2026 program. The selected candidates will work with Cisco’s sales operations teams to support enterprise sales activities.

The main responsibility of this role is to assist sales teams in understanding customer requirements and developing tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Trainees will work closely with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) and help prepare solution presentations and sales proposals for clients.

Candidates will also learn how to create Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and support the development of sales strategies that help achieve regional sales targets.

Another important aspect of the role involves assisting in both renewal opportunities and new business expansion initiatives.

Through this apprenticeship program, candidates will gain exposure to sales operations, business strategy, client relationship management, and enterprise technology solutions.

This role is ideal for graduates who want to build careers in business operations, sales analytics, and technology consulting.

• Selected candidates will perform the following tasks:
• Collaborate with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) to understand customer requirements

• Work with Systems Engineers to validate solution deliverables

• Candidates applying for Cisco Off Campus Drive 2026 must meet the following criteria:
• Must have completed a 3-year Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Sc, or BCA)
• Must have graduated in 2025
• Must possess a Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate
• Must be available for a 12-month apprenticeship program
• Must be registered on the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portal
• Must have a valid NATS student enrollment number
• Candidates should have no active backlogs
• Good communication and teamwork skills are required
• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
