Job Description
MetLife is hiring for Associate Data Analyst / Jr. Software Development Engineer positions in Pune. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to start or grow their career in data analysis and software development.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Modernize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, and automation to make software delivery faster and more consistent.
- Manage GitHub Enterprise, including repository setup, user access, branch protection, self-hosted runners, and security settings.
- Improve DevSecOps practices by adding security scans, compliance checks, and other security controls to development pipelines.
- Help developers work more efficiently by using automation, GitHub Copilot, and practical consulting support.
- Monitor development and delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and continuously improve engineering processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps or GitHub Enterprise.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD processes and software development workflows.
- Experience working with GitHub Enterprise or similar development platforms.
- Candidates with a strong interest in automation, cloud tools, and DevOps are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with repository management, access controls, and security settings.
- Basic experience with Git, scripting, APIs, or automation tools.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with different teams and support them with technical solutions.
- Knowledge of migrating projects from Azure DevOps to GitHub is an added advantage.
