Job Description
L&T is hiring M.Tech Engineers to work on engineering projects across various domains. This role is ideal for candidates with strong fundamentals in electronics, circuit analysis, and power systems, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
As an M.Tech Engineer, you will be involved in technical analysis, design support, and project execution under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and design electronic and electrical circuits
- Understand and work with various electronic components and their functions
- Assist in the development and testing of power supply systems
- Support engineering teams in project execution and technical problem-solving
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver quality results
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Maintain clear documentation and communication
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates applying for Larsen & Toubro Off Campus Hiring 2026 must meet the following requirements:
- Education: M.E / M.Tech
- Strong understanding of circuit analysis and component functionality
- Knowledge of power supply topologies, including:
- Linear power supplies
- Buck-Boost converters
- AC-DC converters
- Inverters
- Exposure to power and control devices such as:
- BJTs
- MOSFETs
- Operational Amplifiers
- Good understanding of current and voltage laws
- Familiarity with microcontroller application circuits
- Ability to work in teams and take responsibility
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic circuit analysis
- Knowledge of current and voltage laws (KCL, KVL)
- Familiarity with electronic components and their functions
- Understanding of power supply topologies, including:
- Linear power supplies
- Buck and Boost converters
- Buck-Boost converters
- AC-DC converters
- Inverters
- Hands-on knowledge of power and control devices:
- BJTs
- MOSFETs
- Operational Amplifiers (Op-Amps)
- Basic understanding of microcontrollers and application circuits
- Ability to perform mathematical analysis of circuits
- Knowledge of basic testing and troubleshooting techniques
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take ownership of tasks
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
