Job Description
The Associate Software Engineer role at Lowe’s is dynamic. While the official title sounds standard, your day-to-day work will involve bridging the gap between business operations and technical solutions. Daily Routine:Data Analysis: You will dive deep into marketplace data to track seller performance, shipping timelines, and inventory health. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will act as a liaison between technical teams and operational stakeholders, ensuring that projects move from the drawing board to execution. Process Improvement: You will identify "gaps" in the current system (like shipping delays or cancellation spikes) and work with senior engineers to build scalable fixes.Technical Implementation: You’ll assist in building, testing, and debugging applications, participating in code reviews, and maintaining documentation that helps the entire team stay aligned.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize operational processes related to third-party seller performance.Support leadership by executing data-driven projects through the full lifecycle.Analyze sales and compliance data to derive actionable insights for business stakeholders. Liaise between technical core teams and marketplace sellers to resolve incidents rapidly.Maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal systems and tools. Collaborate with global teams (US-based) to ensure alignment on project timelines and goals.Use analytical tools to track package delivery and identify bottlenecks in the supply chain.Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum meetings, sprint planning) to provide progress updates. Refine code and software architecture based on feedback from senior engineers. Ensure the seamless deployment of new features in the digital commerce space.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience. Batch: Graduates from any batch are encouraged to apply.Location: Ability to work from the Bengaluru office. Communication: Strong English communication skills for collaborating with global teams.
