KPMG India is recruiting Associate Consultants and Consultants for its AI Engineering and Generative AI Solutions team in Mumbai.

The role is for professionals with strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning, and Python development.

Selected candidates will design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑scale AI solutions that drive business transformation. Key responsibilities include building production‑ready AI applications, integrating foundation models, working with enterprise data sources, and creating secure, scalable AI solutions.

Applicants must have hands‑on experience with modern AI frameworks, Python, Large Language Models, RAG systems, and AI application development.

• Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end AI applications.
• Integrate Large Language Models, APIs, enterprise data sources, and user interfaces.
• Build scalable AI solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, GraphRAG, and foundation models.
• Develop AI‑powered solutions for forecasting, information retrieval, document intelligence, and process automation.
• Design intelligent agent workflows with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Create Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and GraphRAG solutions for enterprise knowledge management.
• Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve AI application performance.
• Evaluate Large Language Models, OCR technologies, and emerging AI solutions.
• Review and optimize AI models for performance, memory usage, and efficient deployment.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational
• documentation.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and production requirements.

• Proficient in Python programming.
• Experience with AI, ML, Generative AI or related technologies preferred.
• Proven track record of building scalable, production‑ready AI applications.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI deployment, model optimisation, and secure environments is an advantage.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Risk or Treasury domains preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
