The Junior Engineer role at Flex is part of the GBS Engineering team based in Pune. This position focuses on managing engineering documentation and supporting product lifecycle changes.

You will be responsible for handling Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensuring all documentation is accurate and updated. This is not a passive job—you will coordinate with different teams like engineering, manufacturing, and program management.

Your work directly impacts how products are built and modified. That means accuracy, attention to detail, and communication are critical. If you make errors here, it affects production, costs, and timelines.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to develop strong technical and analytical skills while working in a structured engineering environment.

• Create and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) accurately
• Handle engineering documentation like drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams for product updates
• Track and manage product configurations
• Ensure compliance with document control policies
• Update systems with correct engineering data
• Monitor project changes and implement updates
• Maintain records, logs, and reports for documentation
• Support communication between engineering and manufacturing teams

• Must have a B.E / B.Tech degree
• Streams: E&TC, Electrical, Mechanical preferred
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to handle documentation and data accurately
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in Pune
• Ability to work in a team environment
