• Assist in sourcing candidates through different platforms
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates

• Support the recruitment team in daily activities

• Prepare basic reports using Excel
• Participate in recruitment campaigns
• Handle follow-ups with shortlisted candidates

• UG: BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA
• PG: MA, MSc, MCom
• Any batch graduates can apply
• Strong English communication skills required
• Willing to work from office in Hyderabad
• Open to making calls, including cold calling
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
• Candidates should be organized and proactive
• Willingness to travel if required
• Must be interested in HR/recruitment roles
