This position focuses on developing software solutions related to network management, telemetry ingestion, system monitoring, and performance analytics. As part of the engineering team, you will collaborate in an Agile environment and work on mission-critical services.
You will be involved in:
Designing and developing high-performance, reliable, scalable systems
Collaborating in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
Working with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and container technologies
Using modern languages such as Golang
Building and improving REST APIs and gRPC-based services
Managing containerized applications deployed on Kubernetes
Handling network telemetry data ingestion, processing, and transformation
Debugging, testing, and optimizing backend performance
Contributing to code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD processes
This role is well-suited for candidates who enjoy solving complex technical problems, building distributed systems, and working with cloud-native tools.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services
• Work with team members to deliver high-quality features in each sprint
• Build secure, scalable, and robust systems for network analytics
• Use Golang, RESTful APIs, gRPC, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Participate in design discussions and architecture reviews
• Write clean, tested, and optimized code
• Analyze performance issues and implement improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

• Educational Qualification:
• B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• M.Tech / MCA graduates are also eligible

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Interest in distributed systems and cloud-native applications
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java, etc.)
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
