Job Description

As a GCP Tech Support Agent, you will act as the first point of contact for users facing technical issues within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace. This is a support-based role that combines troubleshooting, system monitoring, and customer interaction.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that users experience minimal downtime and that cloud services operate smoothly. You will work with tools like monitoring dashboards, ticketing systems, and AI-based assistants to identify and resolve issues quickly.

The role requires both technical understanding and strong communication skills. You will be expected to diagnose issues related to virtual machines, storage access, networking, and user authentication.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Monitor incoming support tickets using tools like Jira or ServiceNow

  • Follow predefined runbooks to fix common technical errors

Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidates must have a degree in B.E / B.Tech or equivalent
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing is required
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform concepts is preferred
  • Familiarity with IT support or help desk roles is an advantage
